Jetty Outdoor Showers are designed with simplicity in mind, making assembly straightforward even if you’re not a seasoned DIYer. Each shower kit comes with a clear, step-by-step instructional booklet that walks you through the entire process—from unpacking components to final installation. With detailed diagrams, labeled parts, and practical tips to avoid common mistakes, you can move confidently through the setup without confusion or guesswork.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I modify or increase the footprint of this shower kit (make it bigger)?
The short answer is "not easily." Our shower kits are designed for easy assembly and durability, but this is only achieved by assembling the kit as directed in the install guide. Modifying the size of our shower kits is not possible without extensive customization. We do not offer longer rails or additional parts to customize the size of our shower kits. We have heard of customers purchasing (2) shower kits, and using the parts from the 2nd kit to make a custom size shower of their choosing, but we cannot assist with steps necessary to do this, and honestly do not recommend attempting it.
Can your shower kits be mounted to composite decking?
The short answer is "yes" but there are some important factors to consider. Most composite decking is softer than real wood and certainly softer than concrete. Additional wood blocking is required underneath your composite decking to ensure a secure install using our Zippity Surface Mounts. Refer to the ZP19011 Zippity Surface Mount install guide for info on the importance and method of doing this.
Does the Jetty Outdoor Shower kit come with curtain and plumbing shown?
No, it does not. Plumbing, curtain and rings need to be purchased seperately.

Can I paint the Jetty Outdoor Shower?
Our vinyl products can be painted using an epoxy-based paint by Krylon, but we recommend against it since it will turn a low-maintenance product into one that needs regular maintenance to keep its appearance. Painting the product will also void its warranty.
